The concept is very good, but the area fails, a lot of noise, it is not actually in a forest and parking is outside the camp, the staff is very friendly.

Súper recomendable!! Un cambio tremendamente positivo, de primer nivel, ahora sí se sintió la experiencia completa!, Muy recomendable I went a few months ago and although the place is impressive and transports you to a world of fantasies, the staff was not very trained to serve guests. We came back a week ago and ufff!! A tremendously positive change, first class, now the complete experience was felt! Highly recommended
M	Marco Villena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, super amables, con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos en medio de la naturaleza, bellísimo el lugar y bien planeado. Las fotos salen espectaculares. De verdad se disfruta mucho, no quiero detallar tanto por que tiene su encanto descubrir las amenidades. Los "hacks" que yo recomendaría es llevar una buena masa e insumos para hornear una pizza o tu pan favorito ya que tiene un horno de leña buenísimo. Hack 2. Si se te antoja preparar una comidita o alguna bebida ve al restaurante, sal por la puerta que da a la calle, cruza la calle principal y encontrarás una tienda muy bien surtida. Hack 3. Sigue las reglas del lugar, procura dejar a la naturaleza igual o mejor de cómo lo encontraste y disfruta de la gran experiencia. Excellent, super friendly, with everything you need to be comfortable in the middle of nature, the place is beautiful and well planned. The photos turn out spectacular. You really enjoy it a lot, I don't want to go into so much detail because discovering the amenities has its charm. The "hacks" that I would recommend is to bring a good dough and supplies to bake a pizza or your favorite bread since it has a very good wood-fired oven. Hack 2. If you feel like preparing a meal or a drink, go to the restaurant, go out the door that leads to the street, cross the main street and you will find a very well stocked store. Hack 3. Follow the rules of the place, try to leave nature the same or better than how you found it and enjoy the great experience.
A	Alan Bienes Raices on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está increíble, en verdad es todo j concepto innovador que traen para las familias, yo no me hospedé, asistí al restaurante a un evento de STAND UP que organizan seguido, fui con unos amigos y la pasamos muy padre, la comida deliciosa, un buen servicio y las instalaciones son únicas. Si hace frío por la noche, pero tienen calentones en la terraza y el ambiente es muy agradable y familiar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, seguro vuelvo a ir.... The place is incredible, it is really all the innovative concept that they bring to families, I did not stay, I attended a STAND UP event at the restaurant that they organize often, I went with some friends and we had a great time, the food was delicious, good service and facilities are unique. If it's cold at night, but they have heaters on the terrace and the atmosphere is very nice and familiar. I highly recommend it, I will surely go again....

I made reservations for dinner, only to find out when I made it there that the restaurant was closed for the night, it wasn't that late only 9.30pm but we were asked to leave. Which is OK, I mean if it was after hours for their operatio but please change it so that the system rejects us from the get go! Instead we found ourselves in the middle on nowhere with no other options nearby. Also, there's no obvious entrance or parking for the place so if you're going there in the night, good luck!

Stayed here for a long weekend and had to cut the stay short because we no longer felt welcomed. Our “concierge” made our stay impossible with the worst attitude I’ve experienced from any person in the hospitality business. Even with proof and agreement from other staff that we were leaving because of them, management wouldn’t refund the last night. It’s sad when businesses care more about short term revenue than their reputation. Really hope they improve since the nice staff deserve better management.
