★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was looking good from the pictures but when we arrived with my girlfriend, we realized it looked completely different. The bed was so cheap and thin that the middle of the bed would sink dramatically. When we moved it made all sorts of sounds :S We thought we get a affordable room just to sleep and leave however it was super uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love love love Teresa the host! Do not even hesitate to book this place. Everything, from the room, the house, hospitality, and cleanliness was all on point. Teresa is amazing and such an angel!!! She helped us out with our scooters, definitely go to the guy she recommends, you'll get a better price than other places. She also gave us great advice on the Island. I felt at home and Teresa just makes you feel so comfortable and at home. There is free coffee in the common kitchen area, along with a fridge and a dining area!! I really can't thank Teresa enough for her kindness! Our stay was beautiful!!

Casa del Solar is perfectly located just steps away from the ferry dock yet it has a courtyard which is an oasis of tranquility.
The owner/manager Teresa is the heart and soul of this boutique hotel.
She is attentive to your every need, ready to offer helpful hints for local restaurants, recommend scuba tours or set you up at a local beach club.
The place is spotless and the prices are unbeatable.
Dog lovers will get a kick out of the hotel’s very own canine concierge “Booking” who will gladly keep you company as you enjoy your complimentary coffee in the early morning light of the patio.
We are counting the days until our return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute property, great location close to the ferry terminal and city center. Very friendly staff. Stayed there for 4 nights while on a diving course. I highly recommend and would go back. bring your own shampoos as they don't provide plenty. You have to request to have the towels changed if you're staying for long, but the staff was friendly about it.

She has good recommendations for what to do around the island, made reservations for us in a beach club, booked the cielo snorkel tour for us at an unbeatable price, and also got our clothes cleaned.
Absolutely recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laura was my host during my stay and I could not be happier with the warm reception and sympathy. Always with a smile on her face, Laura shared very useful tips about the Island and provided all the needed details for a great stay at Cozumel.
The room was very spacious, the garden is really nice and guests can use a common area with a Kitchen. The place is very central so you can get bars, restaurants our small convenience stores within walking distance. Very recommended!
