Our go to hotel when in San Miguel. Wonderful staff, convenient location, comfy rooms.

Fantastic experience. We stayed in the chocolate room - it was very large and comfortable. The room has a tv, safe, coffee machine with free pods, free water bottles (very important for taking on tours), sofa and sitting area. The room and bathroom were imaculately clean and the shower always had hot water and strong water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything. Had breakfast on the roof the first day. Beautiful views of the whole city (especially at night). Small negative: the second day we had breakfast at their sister hotel - the food was awful, service was awful and we found a roach in the bread. It's also a 10 minute walk downhill so be aware walking back up is no picnic. We let the staff at our hotel know and they were very upset and said they would look into it.

An absolute star! The hotel has nice decorations, the staff is very friendly and many small details in the rooms. The room was big and clean, chilled during the night. Breakfast is served on the roof with a great view. Highly recommended! Also very also to the centre.

Nice and cozy hotel in the city center (3 min walk from the main plaza). Very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating - I mentioned that my son doesn’t eat gluten and they brought us for breakfast gluten-free pastries. Breakfast on the roof terrace is out of this world!!! Birds, bells and spectacular view on the city. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed here for two nights. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is located near the center of the city which was very convenient. The breakfast is very light (coffee, fruit, yogurt, and pastries) the view from the terrace is marvelous, however if you want a larger breakfast the hotel will give you a coupon to eat at a different hotel just a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great boutique hotel, staff is friendly and the room are great. We had continental breakfast in the roof top. Many thanks to the staff, they go up and down the stairs to set the breakfast. Location is great you can walk around the main attractions.
