Hay que estar marcando todo el tiempo porque no se comunican contigo. Si te quejas por su servicio (que a pesar de la mala experiencia fue pagado en su totalidad) te quitan tu nota y te niegan el supuesto tiempo de garantía que dan por su servicio. Cabe destacar que en menos de un mes tuve que llevar mi máquina a mantenimiento nuevamente con otra empresa porque no hicieron bien su trabajo. Tienen un terrible manejo de la atención al cliente, en vez de tratar de mejorar la experiencia al usuario la empeoran con su actitud. No se dan cuenta que un solo cliente mal atendido les puede generar la pérdida de muchos más. Terrible attention from the company, they do not have professionalism in their delivery time since they never give you a clear date to pick up your equipment. You have to be dialing all the time because they don't communicate with you. If you complain about their service (which despite the bad experience was paid in full) they take away your note and deny you the supposed guarantee time they give for their service. It should be noted that in less than a month I had to take my machine for maintenance again with another company because they did not do their job well. They have a terrible handling of customer service, instead of trying to improve the user experience they make it worse with their attitude.
