Preocupante que no cuentan con instalación de telas mosquiteras (en las ventanas y puerta de la cocina) cuando en Oaxaca hay alerta por dengue y otros mosquitos. De las 3 televisiones que había solo 1 funcionaba. Por último nos han cobrado un plato “supuestamente” despostillado por nosotros, sin haber hecho un inventario al entrar y después de habernos hospedado 1 semana en estas villas. Eso sí las memelitas de enfrente “Trini” muy recomendables.
Good location, however very improvable details and bad policies towards customers. Concerning that they do not have installation of mosquito nets (in the windows and door of the kitchen) when in Oaxaca there is alert for dengue and other mosquitoes. Of the 3 televisions that only 1 worked. Finally we have been charged a dish "supposedly" despostillado by us, without having made an inventory upon entering and after having stayed 1 week in these villas. Of course the Memelites opposite "Trini" highly recommended.

Llevo aprox 5 años disfrutando de su magnífica ubicación.
It is a very comfortable apartment for 5 people and the facilities are very well maintained and clean.
I have been enjoying its magnificent location for about 5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful boutique house with private staff. Nice furnishings. Secure parking. Highly recommend of your a family or a group looking for a place with a kitchen. The private staff was amazing. This place also included free breakfast although it's 1/2 a kilometer away at the main hotel. Highly recommended.
