Hermoso lugar, muy limpio, el personal muy amable y servicial, las habitaciones muy comodas, la alberca muy agradable, una tranquilidad magnifica, el desayuno muy rico.

Amazing b&b in every way.

My wife and I loved this place and the staff are very courteous and attentive. The rooms are very nicely layout and we loved walking around the community.

This place is a gorgeous Villa on the top of a hill. It is a ten minute walk into San Miguel proper but worth it because it is quiet up there. The staff is very friendly, choices for breakfast were tasty, and we had the whole house to ourselves since we were there during the week! Only complaint is it was cold at night and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the gas stove!

At first I liked this hotel a lot, the main house is beautiful, and I had extended my stay in San Miguel but moved from my prior hotel which wasn't too great. However it is clearly not well run and my experience was a disaster. I was shown to my room by the manager, Leonardo, and later they switched me to another room assuring me it was better with a better view. The room was larger but worse in quality and finishes and looked nothing like the original room from the main house, which are clearly the photos they have up on the website -- and what I had thought I was booking. It also was very much in need of an upgrade, and was a bit dirty -- shower curtain was very moldy etc. When I asked Leonardo again about staying in the original room he told me someone was arriving that night for it. They were clearly disorganized and/or had made a mistake but would not admit it. Also, it wasn't like I paid a lower rate for this worse room -- I had paid more than is advertised as the average rate. I continued to wait for the staff to bring me a key to the room, and after checking in with them several times was told that they think the prior guests took the key and they were looking for a copy. I continued to wait, and after going to check in with them again they told me they didn't have a key but the property had cameras so it should be ok. I told them that was entirely unacceptable, I'm not staying in a room without a locking door, and to at least figure out if they had a padlock they could use, etc. I continued to wait, and each time I checked in with them they weren't really doing anything, just kind of sitting around. Eventually (now dinnertime) Leonardo offered to refund me, but made no offer to help me find another hotel room. I left for dinner, having spent almost all of the afternoon waiting for them, and found another hotel room walking around the city on my way to eat. I book hotels (over Aibnbs, for example) to assure a certain quality of the lodging and services. This massively disappointed -- they seemed extremely disorganized and were incredibly unhelpful while putting on a disingenuous happy face. I would strongly recommend against staying here, there are a lot of more reliable and higher quality hotels in San Miguel de Allende.

My wife and I were impressed with the price, quality and service we received at Casa Don Pascual. This hotel had everything we needed, the price was less than half of a hotel in the center of town and only a 10 minute taxi ride under $5.00 USD to most restaurants and attractions. The rooms are huge, quiet and comes with free breakfast. If you’re looking for a great hotel at an excellent price give this place a shot.

This hotel is just MAGICAL! The service is superb, Mr. Sergio was magnificent, and Mrs. Margarita cooked the most amazing breakfast one can hope for, and Eric was gracious and friendly. The rooms were delciately put together with the finest of sheets, towels and decor. Will definitely return and highly recommended. The Jacuzzi was such a great surprise!
