★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stayed here 14 days at the end of October and first part of November 2021-our bed was comfortable housekeeping staff did a good job keeping the room clean.Enjoyed the pool on the roof the staff was helpful and
friendly.. we took our covid test right in the hotel very easy.. we'll go back but get a superior room with a terrace looking forward to it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for saving me Casa Dona Susana! I arrived to PV at a different hotel before coming here, I won't go into it, but it was bad. After walking all over town and checking different hotels, Casa Dona Susana was an easy choice. Little did I know that it would turn out to be the best choice I could make.
They share facilities with Los Arcos, across the street on the ocean, giving you access to Los Arcos beach chairs and (if you're nice ?) pools. Casa's rooftop deck and pool is full of greenery and quiet which is more than enough.
A note about some bad reviews I saw below. You need to keep in mind that you're in old Town PV, so things are a bit rustic. But trust, there's some really run down hotels around here that somehow get nearly 4 star reviews. Perspective I have is Casa is in that sweet zone to get something nicer to fit the expectations of an experienced traveller but who isn't in the mood to shell out for a top line fully modernized resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanna like this hotel, but I’m very disappointed.
From the pictures it seems good but in reality it’s small and outdated.
The room has moldy smell and the AC is leaking water. Mini fridge makes noise all the time. Shower door cannot be closed properly.
Front desk staffs are hard to communicate.
The rooftop pool is good, the location is convenient. But overall experience is poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend- the standard rooms are tiny and dated with a single window that cannot be opened. The pool was too frigid to enter even on warm days. My room was not suitable for remote work, and the wifi signal was non-existent on the roof. There is a small area with tables on the first floor but I was quickly destroyed by mosquitos. The espresso machine in the lobby is unplugged after 10 am and they will not permit you to use it. No ice available. The mini-fridges are off on arrival, which I didn’t realize, and they have loud compressors that make varying noise throughout the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute authentic hotel located very close to beach, bars, restaurants and cafes. Perfect to step right out of your hotel to eat, drink and be merry.?
Roof top pool is very quaint and nice. We had a room with the balcony which was nice to sit in the morning or evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suggest you read the other reviews, especially those with lower stars before you book so you know what to expect.
My expectations were way too high, thanks to a travel agent and me only looking at their website.
After being miserable for days, hotel finally gave me access to a working coffee machine and gave me access to a swimming pool! Yippee!
Rooms are neat, staff very attentive
I was lucky to get a room with a balcony, be sure to include that when you book.
However, no way this is a 4 star hotel -- no room service, no laundry
It's like an upscale motel that has someone willing to help you with your luggage.
Near the beach, but not a swimming beach.
Yes, in a fun part of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this Boutique hotel!! Beautifully designed and has a warm energy here. Staff is very nice has small pools on property and ability to use larger pools in hotel across the street where you can gain beach access as well. Love the design with our room very comfortable but sadly had a very strong mildew smell that made some of our clothes mildewy. If the room didnt smell like mildew would've given 5 stars.
