TODO EL PERSONAL, HASTA EL DE LIMPIEZA SABE LAS CLAVE MAESTRA PARA ABRIR LAS CAJAS DE SEGURIDAD. TUVE QUE PONER UNA DENUNCIA ANTE LAS AUTORIDADES Y DEJAR EL ALOJAMIENTO. MUCHO CUIDADO.
Aun cuando el Hotel pueda contestar que mis comentarios son incorrectos, ya esta una denuncia puesta ante el ministerio Publico y el Hotel y su personal estan bajo investigacion. Mi esposa y yo sufrimos un robo del aglo muy significativo para nosotros y de la caja de seguridad, donde se supone que uno pone las cosas para evitar riesgos. Es ridiculo que contesten que no es cierto. Yo fui a vacacionar y pasar un buen momento con mi familia y resulto todo lo contrario. El Hotel y sus dueños no responden ni se responsabilizan.
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING, EVERYONE SEEMS TO BE VERY KIND BUT I WAS STOLEN FROM THE SAFE A ENGAGEMENT RING AND OTHER THINGS OF LESS VALUE AND NOBODY RESPONDS FOR THE FACTS. ALL THE STAFF, EVEN THE CLEANING PERSON, KNOW THE MASTER KEYS TO OPEN THE SAFES. I HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE AUTHORITIES AND LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION. GREAT CARE.
Even though the Hotel can answer that my comments are incorrect, there is already a complaint filed with the Public Ministry and the Hotel and its staff are under investigation. My wife and I suffered a theft of the money very significant for us and of the safe, where one is supposed to put things to avoid risks. It is ridiculous that they answer that it is not true. I went to vacation and have a good time with my family and it turned out the opposite. The Hotel and its owners do not respond or take responsibility.

Los departamentos son limpios y acogedores, cuenta con todos los servicios (luz, agua, internet) y amenidades que puedas necesitar.
Es seguro, cómodo y agradable.
