Although they state that they are commercial, the furniture we purchased started coming apart just days after receiving it. We traveled from Cozumel to CDMX to verify quality and warranty in person, we were assured that it would last years. Customer service has been terrible and they refuse to provide any solutions for all the issues we are having. We do not recommend purchasing with them.
Si está buscando comprar muebles de calidad comercial, NO compre Casa Easter. Aunque dicen que son comerciales, los muebles que compramos comenzaron a desarmarse a los pocos días de recibirlos. Viajamos de Cozumel a la CDMX para verificar personalmente calidad y garantía, nos aseguraron que duraría años. El servicio de atención al cliente ha sido terrible y se niegan a brindar soluciones para todos los problemas que tenemos. No recomendamos comprar con ellos.

Vale mucho la pena ir al showroom porque tienen gran variedad y con entrega inmediata, pero en línea también puedes hacer tu compra, son de buena calidad y comparando con otros, buen precio. Muy satisfecha con la compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you buy, they will not honor their warranty. Furniture arrived with buttons falling off. Within 3 days and sitting on it a few times some of the cushions seems came unstitched. We immediately sent pictures and information so they knew there was problems when it arrived. They ignored us, then weeks later, said we must have had people ruin it. The quality was very poor, any use and things came apart. They say they will not honor their warranty because they can't see how we are using it. They think we want to ruin our furniture. Makes no sense. The only time they respond now, is when we post a negative review. Completely terrible service.
