One of the best places in Oaxaca 100% recommended very friendly staff that takes extra care of you and the owner makes sure you're treated the best. The atmosphere the delicious food, everything is exceptional!

Showed up around 7:00 pm and seeing that we are gringos they told us they were closed - and they were a bit rude about it. Interesting…fancy establishment that doesn’t serve any food?

Amazing place! Not only is there a fine restaurant with incredibly delicious food but there is a small Museum and a mezcaleria on site.

This restaurant is a must when visiting Oaxaca. Beautiful palapa and tasty Birria de Borrego. You'll get a taste of house Mezcal. Group of 6 people.

Lousy service. Examples. Requested before dinner mezcal. After everyone else at table got drink and mine didn’t materialize I called waiter over and said since mezcal was not coming can change to cocktail. Neither showed up even though I asked 3 other staff. Each said they’d check and never came through. Eventually I was able to flag down the same waiter again and I was able to get the before dinner cocktail with the last few bites of my meal. No apologies or explanations were given. Then we’re still eating and they start to clear the table. No follow up on waiter to see if we needed anything we needed more tortillas given the food choices we had chosen and each time had to literally wave the empty basket for a de mi minutes before someone noticed. I would say the food was ok. But the service leaves such a bad taste that I say choose somewhere else so you can enjoy your meal. And the cheesecake was burnt and dry. I’m their mezcal is ok at best. They provided 2 samples but after sipping the 2 ms one it smelled off. Best of luck to you if you come here. They need new staff to begin with.

Huge property with multiple corners with different vibes. You can have food, drinks, mezcal, see cute horses, check out some local art, learn a little bit about agave. The servers are friendly.

Not to be missed. Our dinner here was a highlight of our Oaxaca trip. The entire place is amazing: the palapa dining room, the grounds, the antiques and museum. Food and drinks were scrumptious. Service excellent. Be sure to dine here! Get a Mezcalina with passion fruit. It’s AMAZING
