Beautiful home right on the beach with WiFi, flat screen Tv with Directv, DVD, amazing vacation and wonderful memories that will last forever with all family.

We stayed in Casa Evita from 07/11/2021 to 07/17/2021. Unfortunately we have several issues specifically with the house and the staff that manages the house which basically made staying in the house a really lousy experience: 1. We ran out of water the 2nd day after our arrival, afterwards every single day we ran out of water. I had stayed in this house in previous occasions with the same group of persons and it was never this bad with the water supply ! I had to send emails to the manager of the house (Omar Tirado) letting him know that we didn't have water, after a while they would provide us with some water then we would run out of water and so on and so on. The last 24 hours we stayed in the house we ran out of water around 3 pm then we got a small drip of water starting at 3:50 am in the morning just enough to wash our faces and comb our hairs and leave the place. By the way before arriving to the house I had asked Omar Tirado if the issues with the water supply had been fixed and he said Yes, that there was enough water this time for all the days we intended to stay in the house. 2. One of the staff members hit my parked vehicle with her vehicle. I saw the whole thing through one of the windows. I took pictures of the 2 vehicles and confronted that person. She denied every thing and left the scene and when I talked to her supervisor (the same guy for the water issues Omar Tirado) he sided with his team member. After reporting the collision to my insurance I asked this guy Omar Tirado for them to cover at least the deductible so I could get the vehicle fixed. He played like he didn't hear anything and after that he didn't even answered one email not even when I was requesting water !. My insurance company told me that in order to get them to pay anything I have to take them to court but that will take several months and it will require from me to travel from the US to Mexico when necessary and it would be several times. I work in the US and that's not feasible for me. It is cheaper for me to pay the 500.00 Dlls deductible than to attempt to get justice in this case and that might not even happen if I try.
