★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not quite what I expected as far as location, but it was still a great experience. Owners were very friendly a different breakfast was delicious. Right down the street from a large supermarket and 1 km from the downtown/5th Street of Playa del Carmen.

We have spent great 5 days and used this case as a base for our exploits of the area.
The housekeeper, Rosa, did not speak english but was very friendly. Also the breakfast was delicious and the house provided a safe and convenient parking.
