★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my worst experience ever. The people are nice and do their best but the process is a joke. It is not thorough in any way shape or form. After pulling the wax off, two people spend 30 mins with tweezers and it still doesn’t do the job. And then they don’t clean with oil or anything to clean off the small particles of wax. After 20 years of getting waxed all over the world from nyc to la to Austrailia and in Mexico, this was the first time I was shocked by how horrible it was. So very disappointing. I would stay away from here like the plague. Again the people are nice but the system is entirely inadequate and bordering on ridiculous.
