E	Edgar Gonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hotel muy lindo y reconfortante, las habitaciones un poco más pequeñas de lo que esperaba pero igual muy cómodas con todos los servicios, la ubicación excelente cerca del palacio de gobierno y por ende una zona muy segura y alejada del bullicio del centro histórico. El desayuno delicioso y bien servido además de la amable atención de todo el personal, sin lugar a dudas volveré a hospedarme ahí cuando vuelva a visitar la ciudad. A very nice and comfortable hotel, the rooms a little smaller than I expected but still very comfortable with all the services, the excellent location near the government palace and therefore a very safe area and away from the hustle and bustle of the historic center. The delicious and well served breakfast in addition to the friendly attention of all the staff, without a doubt I will stay there again when I visit the city again.

Los desayunos también son muy ricos y están bien servidos. No conozco las instalaciones de habitación, ya que lo que frecuento es el restaurante. Los precios son asequibles. Lo recomiendo 100%. Very nice place to go with friends or with your partner. I go there on weekends for a drink and dessert. The breakfasts are also very rich and well served. I do not know the room facilities, since what I frequent is the restaurant. The prices are affordable. I recommend it 100%.

En esta ocasión visite el restaurante; El mobiliario es nuevo, los cubiertos y loza impecables. Los alimentos con bonita presentación y buen sabor. Regresaría sin dudarlo, el precio es intermedio, pero la calidad, el lugar y la atención lo valen. Me encantó!!! Sumamente recomendado EXCELLENT !!! .... the place is located on the edge of the city, in a very beautiful area. This time visit the restaurant; The furniture is new, the cutlery and dishes impeccable. Food with beautiful presentation and good taste. La ubicación está genial, el personal muy amable. La decoración, la limpieza y el olor OMG son impecables. Cada espacio de Casa Florencia tiene su encanto, que buen trabajo el que hicieron con su diseño de interiores. Las habitaciones son amplias y la cama lo más cómodo de la vida. Regresaría sin pensarlo. This hotel is a 10 out of 10! It is the perfect hotel to spend a couple of days in Guanajuato. Breakfast is delicious with an excellent variety. The location is great, the staff is very friendly. The decor, cleanliness and OMG smell are impeccable. Each space of Casa Florencia has its charm, what a good job they did with their interior design. The rooms are spacious and the bed is the most comfortable in life. I would go back without thinking.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, happy to serve us breakfast well after the designated time, gave us tours of each unique room, and every person (including the owner) was constantly looking to help us out. The location is a few minutes from downtown, making it a convenient and quiet stay.

Miguel at breakfast was very kind and helpful!. Negative: The location was a bit far from the old town centre of Guanajuato. The price was a bit high due to the great demands over the New Year period..
J	John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The hotel seems to be new and is artistically designed with high quality workmanship. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Miguel the waiter was very helpful and offered lots of advice on the town. The hotel is a few miles out of the town centre but with Uber responding quickly, we were in the town centre within 15 minutes.. Negative: As we seemed to be the only guests the few nights we were there, our view might be slightly distorted. For example one morning for breakfast we were walked down the road to a coffee shop as the hotel breakfast facilities seemed to be closed. The rooms are well equipped except that they did not have any glasses or cups nor a security box - at this level of hotel this is quite important. Our room was small and the only outside window was in the toilet - the hotel is built into the rock wall at its rear. The room uses opaque glass as the wall between the toilet, the shower and the room. This is fine for a single occupant but a little too public for a couple. Other rooms may have a different layout..
