El estacionamiento por estar cerradas el resto de oficinas esta bien.. The friendly staff, the tasty coffee, The outside garden with benches is pleasant for smokers. Los recomiendo ampliamente. Very friendly, excellent service, clean, punctual; they make the process of grieving the death of a loved one much easier to cope with. I highly recommend them.

Con contrato en mano donde indica que se velará en Casa Funeral San Francisco no nos brindaron el servicio, personalmente nos dijeron que sí podíamos velar en la sucursal de las águilas sin costo extra y a las 2 horas nos llamaron porque no sabían dónde tenian el cuerpo del difunto, fuimos personalmente y nos dijeron que "siempre no" que no podíamos velar ahí excepto que pagamos $5000, cuando ya hasta nos habían cobrado ellos en esa misma oficina los servicios de gestión y de embalsamado, y nos habían dicho que no había ningún inconveniente...que podíamos velar ahí. Nos atendió otro proveedor cuando el contrato es de Casa Funeral San Francisco y cuando había lugar en la capilla! es un pusilánime "negocio familiar" dónde los hermanos se dividieron el botín sin preguntar a los clientes así que aunque tú contrato diga San Francisco...te va a atender otro proveedor sin justificación alguna si se les da la gana. La "encargada" no sabe distinguir entre un contrato y un recibo, con decirles que después de algunos minutos ya me estaba saliendo con que el servicio no incluía capilla de velación ¿Perdón? Entonces que es lo que venden? Pésimo!!! No respetan sus contratos! Y no tienen palabra!! Señores...tienen que asumir sus compromisos...y si se equivocan Solucionen! No le den más preocupaciones a los dolientes, se les paga un servicio... Cumplan! Y si no pueden...cambien su giro de negocio! Son servicios funerarios no venta de papas fritas. Mi familia había preguntado en distintas ocasiones con mucha anticipación...si podríamos hacer uso de cualquier capilla San Francisco y en repetidas ocasiones dijeron que sí, y ya con el cuerpo en la carroza...salen con que no se puede si no pagamos esos $5000 por cambio de capilla! Dicen que están para apoyar en ese difícil momento.... ya vimos que no. Así que si lamentablemente tienes un contrato con ellos ... revísalo porque hay demasiadas inconsistencias, falta de capacitación al personal y demasiadas negligencias. Aún con el contrato diciendo que ya incluye la gestión administrativa....te la cobran. Parece que te hacen un favor cuando solo estás pidiendo que cumplan sus compromisos.
