K	Krista P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good but for the price I’d stay somewhere else going forward. You don’t get much included for the price. Beach accommodations are limited - only a few beds available. The petite suite is tiny and the water pressure is minimal which makes showers lengthy. I think hot water is also limited given I had to take a cold shower one day. There’s no restaurant on site which isn’t the end of the world, but a little annoying when you want a quick bite or a cocktail. Minimal sense of community due to this as well. There is a fridge which is useful. We found a cockroach in the bathroom the second day. At the end of the day it’s in a good location but only expect a room and nothing else.
C	Carlyle Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay at Casa Ganesh! Francisco was absolutely wonderful and so kind, and Ale and Israel were also great. Overall the staff is very welcoming and friendly! There is 24/7 security so it also feels super safe. It’s hard to beat the location. The beach is perfect with a small number of palapas and beach chairs for guests so it feels very relaxed and low key. We didn’t miss not having a pool! There’s a bar/restaurant (BT’s) next door that makes it easy to get food/drink if you want it. Casa Ganesh is also literally across the street from some of the best restaurants in Tulum and everything was very walkable. That said, being in the center of it all also means it is loud into the night. RosaNegra next door plays loud house music until about midnight-1am (even on weeknights). Wasn’t a big deal for us (brought earplugs), but for others who like a quieter/earlier night this is something to be aware of! They also have a coffee service in the morning which is a nice touch. We enjoyed mornings on our little patio :)

The rooms are spacious and the resorts private spot in the beach is beautiful. The staff is absolutely wonderful and hotel manager Israel is the nicest guy always making sure you have whatever you need and doing his fullest to make sure all your requirements are met. I can warmly recommend a stay at Casa Ganesh in Tulum for a great holiday experience with good value for money.
T	Tasya Teles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived in Tulum for years, and split my time between my home, and the beach when my friends are in town, so I'm very familiar with the hotels here. Casa Ganesh was my happiest discovery recently, and will 100% be coming back and recommending for my friends. LOCATION IS PERFECT!! Right in the mix of the best part Tulum beach, yet super private, quiet, with an incredible beach front!! The management and staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered. This is a really fantastic spot for groups of friends or families, as units have these great patios out front, that make it easy to meet new people if you want, have coffee with neighbouring friends in the morning, and or just work on your laptop quietly without too distraction. I really, really love this place and will definitely be coming back here regularly. The Casitas and Villas are also incredible for groups - they have a kitchen which is refreshing (and rare) for those nights you just want to stay in. Highly recommended!!!!
E	Emma Knox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like another reviewer said, there is EDM music blasting all day, every day from 10AM to 2AM. We also dealt with electrical outages. We requested a refund and got the hotel to agree to refund us 1 night. Measly given 7 nights of hell but OK given that we had already paid in full via Booking. It was supposed to take 15 business days to receive the refund. 6 weeks later, I am still waiting. Update: We finally received our refund after almost 2 months.
T	Teisje van Emmerik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loud terrible EDM music, like you’re sleeping in the backyard of a nightclub. Starting around 1 PM to 2 AM. So all day. Sleeping is impossible. On the picture you see cute beach beds, in real life it’s a very small piece of beach , messy, smell of seaweed and lots of noise. Don’t trust the good reviews, if you read a bit further you see more people complaining about the noise.
s	samantha matthews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ probably the worst place I’ve stayed. Starting with the fact that the toilet didn’t work when we first arrived. The music from all the clubs around was shaking the building until 1:30 or 2 am. The hotel worker said it would stop at 10 and it turns out that it doesn’t stop at 10, the hotel workers go home by 10. They ignored my messages and I ended up booking another place. They also ignore Expedia and didn’t offer to change anything or any sort of partial refund. Super sucks to be in a situation like that when you’re on vacation.

Having access to the other Ahau hotels was also a great benefit. We stayed in a superior room which was modern and extremely clean. Really good value for money compared to other hotels located on the beach. The staff were super helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay so fantastic. 24 hour security also meant we felt safe throughout our stay. Other reviews mention the music from the beach club/restaurant next door. We couldn’t hear any music at night and slept really well with no disturbances. The music was louder during the day when using the hotel sun loungers on the beach, didn’t bother us as that’s part of the Tulum experience. We also used the sun loungers and pool at Ahau (partner hotel) a couple of times which was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and loved our time at Tulum beach. Really hope we can return at some point in the future!!
