★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar de servicio de reparación de electrodomésticos, trato agradable y sincero, solución de cualquier duda, tanto personal o por teléfono, solo ir con un poco de tiempo en caso de necesitar revisión de algún aparato, si hay gente habrá que esperar un poco de tiempo, ya sea que se haga la reparación al momento, se indique presupuesto para la misma o se requiera dejarlo y posteriormente se comunican con uno, además al encontrarse dentro del centro comercial Soriana Mixcoac hay donde estacionarse.

A propósito llevamos un aparato que funcionaba bien, solo necesitaba mantenimiento. Después de su chequeo resultó algo "grave" y "caro", espero que haya sido un error y no poner en tela de juicio la honestidad.

Llevé una aspiradora Hoover que tenía dañado el botón de encendido y apagado (eso lo supe después de llevarlo con otro proveedor), esperamos 45 min para que el técnico hiciera su "diagnóstico", después de preguntar por 3ra vez a la chica de mostrador nos regresó la aspiradora, la cual, no se veía que la hayan manipulado o abierto para revisar (desgaste aparente en tornillos como suele pasar cuando se quitan y vuelven a poner piezas), al entregarla dijo que el diagnóstico era que ya no servía el "circuito" y que no tenía reparación (no soy electrónico pero decir eso es como si vas al doctor y te dice que ya no te sirve el cuerpo sin especificar si es el riñón, los pulmones o el corazón) y tampoco nos mostró evidencia del diagnóstico. No recomiendo que vengan a esta sucursal por lo menos no nos cobraron el "diagnóstico".
