★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa en sí está grande y linda. Tiene bastantes recámaras, sala cerrada y abierta, alberca, jardin, comedor, cocina y area de juegos. El problema es que está ubicada sobre una avenida, asi que no hay mucho silencio. Otro problema es que está bastante descuidada; muebles viejos, problemas de humedad, decoracion desgastada.
The house itself is big and cute. It has many bedrooms, a closed and open living room, a pool, a garden, a dining room, a kitchen and a play area. The problem is that it is located on an avenue, so there is not much silence. Another problem is that it is quite neglected; old furniture, humidity problems, worn decoration.

Personal.- muy agradable bastante servicial te apoyan para mandados y si hay algún desperfecto
Alberca. - bastante amplia caben 15 personas en plan de convivencia pero tiene sus años azulejos se le están despegando
Habitaciones. - las exteriores se oye demasiado el tráfico, baños funcionan pero le hacen falta urgente reparaciones hay olor a humedad azulejos viejos demasiados desgastados colchones viejos que no permiten adecuado descanso,
Sala comedor amplio y funcional pero sale ya algo desgastada con manchas de humedad nada grave, la mesa del comedor amplia para toda la familia
Cocina funcional faltan algunos trates y vajilla ya usada vajilla de plástico
Creo que para el costo de la renta le hace falta una inversión para dejarla excelente que den ganas de regresar
La estancia fue agradable pero urge mejorar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa muy bonita y súper espaciosa, le falta un poquito de mantenimiento en algunas partes pero nada del otro mundo. En realidad un buen lugar para ir en familia y muchos amigos. Alberca muy padre pero muy fria el agua, nos cobraban 5K por la caldera. De ahi en fuera todo super. Estacionamiento para 4 autos y zona de juegos. Muchos baños y un patio muy grande.
Very nice and super spacious house, it lacks a little maintenance in some parts but nothing of the other world. Actually a good place to go with family and many friends. Very cool pool but very cold water, they charged us 5K for the boiler. From there on out everything super. Parking for 4 cars and playground. Many bathrooms and a very large patio.

Easy to arrive, good space for a lot of your friends, swimming pool, big kitchen, garage for 4 or 5 cars and garden, the "staff" is very thoughtful. there's an oxxo you can reach walking or a superama in car.
