I booked all of the rooms for my families Christmas Vacation and payed a reservation fee .I was notified weeks after already receiving emails confirming my reservation from the owner, that their booking system had charged the wrong amount and they wanted a thousand more dollars or they would refund my deposit if I didn't want to pay the new amount. I requested my deposit back and didn"t hear back for over a week. Then they requested my bank account # so they could refund my money. I informed them two separate times that since I used paypal they could refund it through Paypal"s system I never heard from them again. I had to file a report with paypal and luckily they found in my favor and I was refunded my deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the rooms are just about on par with anything else in the price range, nothing too special but not bad, i would same about how clean the rooms are. Are some things you don't quite realize when renting the rooms. They are in an apartment, so you are basically sharing the apartment with other people, however each room does have a bathroom/shower. The apartment does include a kitchen and living with a shared patio, are no private patios. IF you don't mind sharing with other people and the music from the bars below, its actually a fun place.
