Chambre petite en rdc avec odeur de moisi , aucune insonorisation (on entend même la chasse d eau de la chambrette du dessus!!) Petit déjeuner indigne du prix de la chambre!! A éviter !!!! What a bad value for money for México!!! Wants to be a trendy luxury hotel but there is not the minimum required given the price offered! Small room on the ground floor with musty smell, no soundproofing (you can even hear the toilet flushing from the bedroom above!!) Breakfast unworthy of the price of the room!! To avoid !!!!

C	Clare Cornell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a sixth star available I'd give it to Casa Goliana! The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels like stepping into your own home. The staff, without exception, were friendly, engaging and helpful with faultless English. The area is slightly off the tourist trail, but its easy to walk into the Centro Historico or over to the Bosque de Chapultepec park. There are lots of lovely bars and restaurants in the area, only a short walk away. We felt very safe in this area and walked extensively around Mexico City from here.

Also just a fantastic neighborhood to wander aimlessly- gorgeous buildings, parks, colors, murals all around. Front desk staff & doorman are professional, knowledgeable. All and all on point. If you are a city person and you prefer to stay in a great neighborhood not where all the touristy stuff is, this is for you.

K	Kyle Smoot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to stay at this hotel after reviewing previous comments. However, I cannot recommend this hotel. The rooms are well decorated, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is very noisy. We initially were in the master suite which overlooks the road, and the windows are not soundproof as reported on their website. So, you hear the traffic and construction noise. In addition, there is a restaurant across the street with music. We were moved to a smaller room at the back of the hotel although this shared a wall with a bar. Despite moving to this room, we were still charged the same price as the room with a suite. So if you are looking for peace and quiet, stay some where else.
C	Caroline Bradley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 1 night before we flew back to London. We felt the photos were far better than what we actually got. Perhaps other rooms are better. They were quite deceiving in making the room look/sound like it was spacious and had a sofa and a private outside space. It was in fact a small bedroom with the bed very close to the front door. The sofa was communal upstairs and the outside space was in the small communal courtyard (only one table within the courtyard and not somewhere you could relax as it is very public.) Our room was situated downstairs in the courtyard all rooms faced- A little noisy as expected. The bathroom was huge and nicely decorated with good toiletries. We felt the room was massively overpriced. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we felt safe. The hotel is in a great location, Roma Norte was our preferred area to go out for food and drinks. However I would probably not stay here again.
