★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled down here from Illinois for international business and let me tell you something. This is an amazing experience. The hotel is amazing. The people are amazing. The food is great. No insects or animals to worry about. The culture is overall amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation through Hotels.com with time ahead when I arrived to the hotel they did not honor my reservation, leaving me and family without a room late night. The hotel blamed Hotels.com and viceversa what a same!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great rooms-Suoer clean, spacious, and very modern. Breakfast-the buffet is worth every dime! So many options to choose from and so yummy! The hotel itself is in a great part of the city and close to many stores, casino, and great coffee spots. Cant wait to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We requested a room and they turned us away saying you had to reserve before hand. The next morning our family invited us for breakfast there stating it was the best buffet in town. It was not. The cups had stains where they were no washed properly and the food was nothing that wowed us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Not very clean the coffee cup had a coffee stain, the ice container had dirty tissues in it and hair in the bathroom. No breakfast because of the pandemic. ? Comfortable beds
