- Buena ubicación
- Seguro al 80%
- Servicio de lavanderia
- Atención rapida por parte del personal
- No hay deposito
- Limpieza de areas comunes
Desventajas:
- No hay privacidad
(Practicamente el dueño/asesor o lo que sea espera que se le informe cada movimiento que hagas)
- Fiestas en el edificio a altas horas (en algunas ocasiones puede suceder en la parte de abajo del edificio y otras veces arriba en el lugar de las chicas)
- No conoces al dueño en ningun momento ni por ninguna circunstancia
- No dan recibos, notas o comprobantes de tu estancia en el edificio
- Obviamente NO hay contrato
- Pueden pedirte tu habitación en cualquier momento
(Pueden buscar cualquier excusa para sacarte de ser conveniente así que no te preocupes)
- La seguridad es buena pero no lo es tanto
(Algunas ventanas no cierran bien y pueden meterse a tu habitacion por las ventanas porque me pasó 3 veces el tiempo que estuve)
- Te piden constancia laboral o comprobante de que estas estudiando si no cuentas con ninguna de estas NO puedes habitar.
- La flama de la cocina es muy bajita así que preparate para estar minimo unos 10 minutos haciendo un huevo.
Si planeas estar aquí por mas de 3 meses te recomiendo que:
- No te involucres en fiestas dentro del edificio
- No te involucres con ninguna chica dentro del edificio
- No hagas amistad
- No cuentes tu vida personal ni tan siquiera a donde vas
- Respeta las reglas
- No uses el servicio de lavanderia (hay lavanderias cerca del edificio que te entegran al día siguiente)
- Cierra tu puerta con LLAVE y carga con tu llave siempre incluso para salir al baño (si se cierra tu puerta y no tienes llave tendras que llamar a un cerrajero)
- No prestes dinero
- Bañate con chanclas

Advantages:
- Good ubication
- 80% sure
- Laundry service
- Quick attention from the staff
- No deposit
- Cleaning of common areas
Disadvantages:
- There's no Privacity
(Pretty much the owner/assessor or whatever expects to be informed of every move you make)
- Parties in the building at late hours (sometimes it can happen in the lower part of the building and other times upstairs in the girls' place)
- You do not know the owner at any time or for any reason
- They do not give receipts, notes or proof of your stay in the building
- Obviously there is NO contract
- They can ask for your room at any time
(They can find any excuse to get you out of being convenient so don't worry)
- Security is good but not so good
(Some windows do not close well and they can get into your room through the windows because it happened to me 3 times the time I was there)
- They ask you for proof of employment or proof that you are studying if you do not have any of these you can NOT live.
- The kitchen flame is very low so prepare to spend at least 10 minutes making an egg.
If you plan to be here for more than 3 months I recommend that you:
- Do not get involved in parties inside the building
- Do not get involved with any girl inside the building
- Don't make friends
- Do not tell your personal life or even where you are going
- Respect the rules
- Do not use the laundry service (there are laundromats near the building that deliver the next day)
- Close your door with a KEY and always carry your key even to go to the bathroom (if your door closes and you don't have a key you will have to call a locksmith)
- Do not lend money
- Bathe with flip flops

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo mejor: la ubicación. Tiene todo tan cerca que no sufres por nada, en menos de 5 minutos estás en el centro histórico.
Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y con todo incluido.
A mejorar: la red de Internet, a pesar de que estuve unos meses ahí y todo fue excelente, pediría a mejorar la conexión a Internet para tantas personas, sin embargo, un sitio cómodo y sobretodo seguro, donde toman en cuenta tu opinión en todo. Excelente atención, volvería ahí sin dudarlo.
