★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen surtido, precios competitivos. Su personal muy amable. Lo que no me gustó es su proceso de pagos. Está muy fuera de una buen atención al cliente. Esto lo menciono porque primero debes de ir con los vendedores te dan una hoja y debe ir a otra ventanilla para saber si tienen lo que comprarás y si es así, pasar a otra ventanilla para realiza del pago y al final pasas a otra para recoger tus productos. Si mejorarán su proceso de pago, la experiencia del cliente sería mejor.
 Good assortment, competitive prices. Your very friendly staff. What I didn't like is their payment process. It is very out of good customer service. I mention this because first you must go to the sellers they give you a sheet and you must go to another window to find out if they have what you will buy and if so, go to another window to make the payment and at the end you go to another to collect your products. If they improve their checkout process, the customer experience would be better.

They never have the Material, they bill you and when you go to ask for it, there is no surprise. !! Pure credit note so they live, they steal with a white glove.
