★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un asilo para adultos mayores de 60 años exclusivamente militares retirados y su esposa/o. Pensionados esposas/os no pueden aún vivir en el lugar. No sé admiten mascotas y se cobra un porcentaje del sueldo por persona es decir, ejemplo,, tropa 40% por el militar retirado y 40% por su esposa, solo le quedaría 20% de su sueldo.
En general se observan adultos mayores de 75. incluye todo: Comida, alojamiento, teléfono, rehabilitación, enfermería, lavandería, servicio de aseo, ambulancia, ludoteca, gimnasio, alberca, es muy tranquilo y seguro el lugar.
