Casa Hridaya Hotel Boutique - 77310 Holbox

El hotel está bonito pero pésimo el personal e instalaciones. No sirvió el aire acondicionado y no hubo luz en toda la estancia, al reportarlo a los dueños recibí groserías de respuesta (me dijeron que me mejor me fuera a las 11pm en año nuevo). Todos los hoteles de la misma zona tenían luz a esa hora y no tuvieron problemas, parece que no tiene la instalación correcta en este hotel. No había agua para bañarse y las sábanas rotas. Por el mismo precio se pueden conseguir mucho mejores hoteles. No recomiendo este para nada.

Disappointing experience- could have found better for this price! Let’s start with the good - it’s brand new and looks like they put a lot of thought in the aesthetics! Its located on the prettiest beach! Honestly it was a shameful experience! The staff were horrible and almost destroyed our vacation- first, breakfast included does not mean breakfast, it means you need to pay extra to actually get eggs etc. What you get is a tiny fruit bowl and 2 slices of bread. After staff realised we aren’t planning on paying extra or booking tours we barely got a good morning or hello for the rest of our trip! Next, the wifi is non existent! And they claim it’s an island problem but we got the wifi of the place next door strong from our room - so yeah! More disappointment. Location- it is almost the LAST place on that side so get ready for adding some heavy taxi fees or walk 40 minutes to center Last- the shower turns into a pool about 2 minutes after starting! But that was the least of our problems.

There was no stay!! Seems an incredible place.. Sadly in this present times how this boutique doesn't accept cancellation or dates change upon Covid!! Please review your rules!

I had a beautiful stay here. It is cheaper than many places in this part of Holbox. I was their to relax - it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The people working at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Make sure you bring insect repellent as, like most of Holbox, their are mosquitoes outside. I really enjoyed the breakfast and also the massage (massage is not included) which I had outside by the pool. If you need somewhere to work then the wifi in the room won’t work, but the reception and breakfast area has good signal. There’s a lovely bar just next door where you can grab a drink and some food to have at the beach.

A dream like experience. Perfect! The location is nice because it's away from the traffic and hubbub of four wheel taxis that race around the island. The owners and staff are so nice. The morning breakfast was delicious and room was spot on!
