Es un lugar alejando del centro y en una colonia considerada peligrosa

Excelente vista de los cerros de la Sierra de Guanajuato, un lugar ameno y tranquilo, ¡te sentirás como en casa!

No me gustó por qué no hubo agua caliente ,la falta de comunicación con respecto a la persona que renta y los que rentan llegamos la primera noche y el área de estacionamiento que solo caben tes carros y eso apretados un carro atravesado llamamos al arrendador nunca contesto ,ni para lo del agua caliente ni para nada , respecto a las habitaciones está muy amplias , para mí gusto les falta un poquito de mantenimiento

Terrible host who cheated me by charging MXN 700 per night for the big room. I also paid for my 'Mexican friend' who introduced me to that house. His room was MXN 500/night. I spent in total MXN 2,400 for 2 nights with 2 rooms. Later on, I found out the listing on Airbnb and the rates were below MXN 200 per night (per room). I could have rented an entire month in an Habitaciones in Centro for that budget. There was no hot water, no heater and it was freezing at night. The host was having loud guests on the second night. It's really not cool to cheat 'tourists' like that, especially when the 'tourist' is actually going to live in Guanajuato and knows lots of international people. I would have recommended any good hostels or airbnb since I work with international medias and have my own blog. Not cool Mr Itan!! You'll get bad Karma for cheating generous guest, who even gave you some nice little gift upon check-in! El anfitrión tenía invitados ruidosos en la segunda noche. Realmente no es bueno engañar a los 'turistas' de esa manera, especialmente cuando el 'turista' realmente va a vivir en Guanajuato y conoce a mucha gente internacional. Hubiera recomendado buenos albergues o airbnb ya que trabajo con medios internacionales y tengo mi propio blog. ¡¡No es genial, Sr. Itan !! ¡Obtendrás mal karma por engañar a tus invitados de esa manera!
