Atención mala y descuidada, desinformación del producto o servicio, aunque por otro lado son baratos los servicios mencionados
El dueño tiene buena disposición y sabe reconocer un fallo, en ningún momento batallé yo al momento del descontento
Los tiempos de espera para el trabajo son largos (no se hable de los what's que a veces no contesta) y se imaginarán cuando después de casi 2 meses el trabajo no era lo que se me cotizó, en parte culpa de la asistente (misma que ya no trabaja ahí)
La agarradera que le cambiaron a mi mochila no tiene fallo, solo dejaron las costuras visibles y la cosieron al parecer de prisa, insisto un trabajo "barato" 55 pesos para ser preciso
Llevé una mochila a arreglar y me dijeron que se le tendría que cambiar el cierre pues no tenía arreglo y cuando le la entregaron lo único que le hicieron fue una compostura mediocre en el cierre el cual me duró 2 semanas antes de volverse a romper
Cabe comentar, en su momento del cierre iban a ser 60 pesos los cuales dada la situación pregunté si me aseguraba o garantizaba la duración de dicho arreglo y me dijo que no, misma razón por la que no se me cobró
