Compramos dos sanitarios y cuando nos los iban a entregar nos dijeron que los revisáramos, al revisarlos ambos estaban despostillados y raspados por lo que pedí otros dos, esta segunda muestra también venía en mal estado y comienza a salir el personal y decirnos que no nos podían mostrar ni entregar otros ya que era defecto de fábrica. Al yo decirle que el producto no era gratis y al contrario era muy caro, ella me dijo que ya sabía que a ella también le cuestan (obviamente si es su proveedor directo) pero que no podía mostrarme otros, por que ya no había mas productos, lo cual era mentira por que durante la venta le pregunte a la vendedora que si cuantos quedaban y me dijo 10, por lo que yo sabía que era mentira. Total, batallamos pero si me entregaron dos sanitarios en buen estado pero esto con 4 personas administrativas enojadas y hasta levantándome la voz.
SERVICIO FATAL Y PERSONAL MENTIROSO.
Very bad customer service.
We bought two toilets and when they were going to deliver them to us they told us to check them, when we checked them both were chipped and scratched so I asked for another two, this second sample also came in poor condition and the staff began to come out and tell us that they couldn't show or deliver others as it was a factory defect. When I told her that the product was not free and on the contrary it was very expensive, she told me that she already knew that it also cost her (obviously if it is her direct supplier) but that she could not show me others, because there were no more products. , which was a lie because during the sale I asked the seller if how many were left and she told me 10, so I knew it was a lie. Overall, we struggled but they gave me two toilets in good condition but this with 4 angry administrative people and even raising their voices at me.
