★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno: Ubicación, muy cerca del centro de Querétaro, Plazas Comerciales, Restaurantes y demás.
Amabilidad del personal y apoyo a dudas sobre la ciudad.
Lo malo: La limpieza en nuestra habitación fue muy deficiente, había cucarachas y las sábanas no habían sido cambiadas y pues tenían cabellos y quién sabe que más. El mobiliario y las instalaciones lucen algo descuidadas.
Lo recomiendo pero revisen bien la habitación al llegar de esos detalles.
The good: Location, very close to the center of Querétaro, shopping malls, restaurants and more.
Friendliness of the staff and support for questions about the city.
The bad: The cleaning in our room was very poor, there were cockroaches and the sheets had not been changed and they had hair and who knows what else. Furnishings and facilities look somewhat neglected.
I recommend it but check the room well when you get those details.
