★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very friendly and attentive. The drinks and good were great. The hot lava cake was an excellent dessert. It is a little expensive, but it's obvious that they are selling a more upscale dining experience, and I thought it was worth it. One of the hostesses, Celia, also went above and beyond to get me a safe taxi ride home because I was traveling alone. She was so kind to care that much for a stranger. Excellent service and staff. I would definitely recommend Casa Jaguar. and I hope to return next time I'm in Tulum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambiance. Very very good service, but slightly disappointing food for the price. It's priced as fine dining but unfortunately nothing quite spectacular. Decent food and you will be happy but we were expecting a lot more for the high price point. Pork ribs were very tough because they use ribs from older pigs instead of younger pigs - you would have had much better ribs back home. Tuna tostadas way too sweet, so much sugar. Drinks were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: came back to Tulum and went back to Casa Jaguar. Even though the menu hasn’t changed I was amazed at the standard and the quality of the food and the drinks that tasted somehow better. I am still dreaming about the rib eye and the many cocktails I had.
This was a recommendation from my hotels front desk and I am so grateful for it. The cocktails were out of this world and that ceviche was so refreshing I was ready to eat another one. But then there was the steak. Spectacular meal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and great cocktails in a beautiful environment! The place was quiet but the staff were super attentive. Reasonably priced for the location and compared to its neighbours.
Grilled octopus was cooked well although the peanut sauce was a little overwhelming. Would definitely recommend visiting if on Tulum beach

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A delicious place - not only the food, but also the design and the buzz and the overall effect. The food and drinks were superlative. The slabs of poured concrete overhangs had holes in them to accommodate existing trees. The party in the back totally smoked. And the entire staff was a smooth, slick machine. Extra props to our server Santiago, an angel-faced tour de force who was quick, personable, calm and collected and charming. The night felt like a noir dream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I were traveling in Tulum for a week. There’s many options for dining, but by far, Casa Jaguar is the best. The atmosphere, the personalize service and the quality of the food took us to another level of what hospitality means. Is that grandma food that you can’t stop eating. I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret. Just have a sit and let the servers give you one of the best experience in life. Thank you to the whole team. I will be back.
