★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En 1974 José Guadalupe Zuno y su esposa Carmen Arce donaron su casa a la Universidad de Guadalajara.
Posee un patio central hermosísimo, un auditorio para eventos, un taller de restauración y actualmente todas sus habitaciones son utilizadas como oficinas de la Coordinación General de Patrimonio y el Archivo Histórico de la Universidad de Guadalajara.
Comúnmente dan visitas guiadas donde explican cada detalle que adorna la casa, así como un poco de historia, pero por pandemia redujeron las visitas, es cosa de hablar por teléfono para agendar una.

El Tour dura dos horas mínimo y recomiendo busquen al Señor Alfredo por las tardes, un guía que sabe toda la información arquitectónica, histórica y cultural de la casa también llamada Casa de Tezontle.
El tour es gratuito.
