Recommend for every one who dont want to be in hotel zone. Also the pool was what you will like! We felt here like great

Positive: Hotel was run very efficiently. I had barely left taxi when owner and his son greeted me, helped with bags and showed be my room. I was in my room within 1 minute!. Negative: I can not think of one thing I would change for me..

Positive: The host was very friendly and helpful. Great apartment with fridge and some cooking facilities. The place was very clean and well looked after. Wonderful to have a tiny pool on a warm day.. Negative: Not much actually. It would be ace if there were a few bicycles available - but thats more a suggestion:).

We (family; 1 grandmother, 2 parents and two children age 8 + 9) stayed for two nights while exploring the region at Casa Ka’an Lima-Limon. We loved our very clean, spacious house. Comfortable beds, good A/C, tasteful decoration. Great price-value ratio and after having stayed at other properties in Xpujil I must say it is by far the best choice in the region. Attentive service at the newly build restaurant and outstanding, fresh “home-made” food. All surrounded by the forest it offers a lot of tranquility and is well located to explore the stunning sites of Calakmul, el Hormiguero, Kohunlich and Balamku (must see!). You can’t go wrong staying at Casa Ka’an! Thank you Lili and Team and keep on going. Tips: Visit the bat cave in the evening. Ask for lunch box instead of having breakfast (foc) when going to Calakmul and leave very early (5am) to see more wild life (drive slow + careful). Visit Balamku, small site with outstanding frisos!

Positive: Juan was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is most comfortable, spacious and clean and we had a lovely terrace. We didn’t get time to use the pool but we saw our downstairs neighbours enjoying it. We were glad Juan told us we were close to the Mango Café which is wonderful (but closes at 15.00h).. Negative: Our first impression was that we weren’t central enough, because our taxi driver took some time (and a few phone calls to Juan) before he found the house. But in fact it was very easy to access by taxi or golf cart!.

Nothing fancy, but a pretty decent, clean place to return to after a long beach day/ evening. Water pressure is low and not always hot. Ask for extra blanket if you like AC - there was only a thin cotton one. Juan is a super sweet host.
