Hostal limpio, funcional y ordenado, con una decoración genial y una muy buena ubicación. Dormitorios silenciosos, con camas cómodas e ideales para descansar. Cabe destacar la atención amable de las encargadas, que te hacen sentir en casa.
Clean, functional and tidy hostel, with great decoration and a very good location. Silent bedrooms, with comfortable beds and ideal for resting. It is worth noting the friendly attention of the managers, who make you feel at home.

El lugar es muy bonito y acogedor! Es ideal para pasar una noche en la Ciudad de México, no lo recomiendo para estancias largas. El personal es agradable y los baños son compartidos para cualquier habitación en la que te hospedes.
The place is very nice and cozy! It is ideal to spend a night in Mexico City, I do not recommend it for long stays. The staff is nice and the bathrooms are shared for whichever room you stay in.

Terrible hostel. 1) the "private rooms" are more like prison cells. Just a bed. No ventilation either. Extremely stuffy. 2) extremely loud next to busy road. 3) horrible service. When I arrived to check in 45 min after my check in time, my room wasn't ready. Had to upgrade to another room because the cleaner didn't come in 4) dirty bathrooms and my sheets had blood on them (see pic) 5) don't be fooled by the nice pictures of the lobby area. It's completely different on the living floors

Very bad experience and I only stayed there because I already paid. The outdoor and the lobby decoration is nice, but it stops there. Reception service is terrible, the lady in charge is never there, welcomes you poorly and cannot provide any information about the city. No city map available, no activities are organized (not like other hostels) and there is no hostel atmosphere. The cleanliness of the place is highly suspicious. There is no proper bathroom, the sink is in front of the room doors. They have a bad smell, and showers/ toilets are dirty. The private rooms are extra small with no locker and no room to store your stuff. The rooms are so close to the sinks so you hear people brushing teeth while you try to sleep... also you have light flooding your room every time a person walks in. Doors are super loud to open, and overall the place is very noisy. Definitely doesn’t worth the 20$ a night. The description on Hostelworld is a lie. Stay far from it.

So happy with our stay here! Really warm welcome from Juanita, comfortable beds, nice chill out areas, and we were also able to store our bags for the day before our evening flight.

The location was great, right in the centre of everything. The hostel pays tribute to Mexican art and is well decorated. The rooms were small. The staff provided everything we asked for and were friendly. The space was kept clean.
