★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen surtido, pero pasa lo que en muchos de estos lugares, en dónde creen que te hacen un favor al atenderte y te ponen jeta si no sabes específicamente cómo se llaman las cosas. Típico, no entienden que están para ayudar al cliente (que les hace el favor de ir a su establecimiento) y qué es negocio SUYO y son quienes deben saber, uno no se dedica a la ferretería, para eso están ustedes!
Good assortment, but what happens in many of these places, where they think they are doing you a favor by assisting you and making you angry if you don't know specifically what things are called. Typically, they do not understand that they are here to help the customer (who does the favor of going to their establishment) and what is YOUR business and they are the ones who should know, one is not dedicated to the hardware store, that's what you are for!

Además tienen un perro pastor alemán guardián GIGANTE que también te trata de la manera más cortés mientras no deja de mirarte atentamente. En buena onda, gracias por dar un trago siempre tan amable. Amo todas las ferreterías y tiendas de herramientas y más aún con gente profesional como en Casa Kimura. Compren todo lo que necesiten de ferretería en este lugar! Ojalá tuvieran más sucursales y aún mayor surtido!
Super mega attentive and helpful. They guide and help you. They also have a GIANT German Shepherd Watchdog who also treats you in the most courteous manner while keeping an eye on you. In good vibes, thanks for always having a nice drink. I love all the hardware stores and tool stores and even more so with professional people like Casa Kimura. Buy everything you need from the hardware store in this place! I wish they had more branches and even more assortment!
