Casa Kin33 Nice Room Healthy Breakfast - 77560 Cancún

Being in this house was a great experience. If you are looking for something different, living a different Cancún, with amazing food, and love from the owners of the house, this is your place. It forces you to take the bus and meet real people while going to the beach (if you haven’t rented a car, which is not necessary because public transport runs 24 hours a day). One can rest listening to birds, but there are many options available: beaches, Maya ruins in Tulum, food (like La Senda, in Playa del Carmen), Isla de Mujeres... Cancun is not just a vacation resort... I totally recommend it! So much to see, to do, to enjoy... and to be in this house was a great experience! I am glad I was able to make it!

Just as the other comments here. It's a cute place with a cute couple, a lot is put into little details.

Nice house, a bit of nature in Cancun. I woke up with the noise of birds ? The host is really nice, the rooms are clean, spacious and good breakfast !

Eva and her husband Kurt are the best hosts I ever had. They’re super kind and helpful and Eva’s Breakfast with the homebade Bread is so delicious! The rooms are big and comfy. So would definitely recommend that place, if you want to stay close to the airport in Cancun.

Wonderful place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Big beautiful room. My host Curt was very gracious and fun. It is so much better to finish the day with drinks and conversation than just going to a room. Excellent breakfast included also. The only negative thing is the directions were a challenge. Even with Google maps. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is the best option if you'd like to relax and connect with nature. If what you're looking for is to truly disconnect from everyday life and experience something different to hotel stress this is your best choice. The ambience is astonishing. The view and feeling is wonderful.You feel at peace in every moment. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and heartwarming people; very friendly and polite. Their breakfast is a great start to the day. Delicious in every form and way. It tastes like a meal prepared by mom. It's pretty close to the airport and the hosts offer pick up and drop off for a good price which is a neat deal to begin or end your vacation/trip. You can get to the downtown by taking the bus (bonfil route) which works pretty fast. The rooms are cleaned everyday and very comfortable. All in all, the best experience I've had in Cancun. Looking forward to coming back. P.d. they serve delicious home-made/self-made bread.
