★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отель хороший! Удобное расположение, хозяин всё расскажет, покажет, объяснит. На фото в Гугле старые данные, здание достроено. Вывески на здании нет, Хозяину нужно сообщить заранее о времени, так как живёт он рядом, но не в отеле. Владелец замечательный, всё чисто, уборку общих зон делает ежедневно, есть хороший wi-fi, кондиционер, телевизор, общая кухня и душевая, есть общая гостиная и балкон, парковка бесплатная около дома, рядом остановка R-1, автовокзал, рынок и куча всего. Отличное соотношение цена-качество.

The owner is wonderful, everything is clean, cleaning of common areas makes every day, have a good wi-fi, air conditioning, TV, common kitchen and a shower room, a communal living room and a balcony, free parking near the house, next stop R-1, the bus station, a market and a heap . Excellent price-performance ratio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just spent there one night after flight to Mexico. The owner is very nice and ready to help, so I felt very welcomed in Mexico after my flight. Plus is that it has a kitchen and convinient location next to the bus terminal.
Only I was not satisfied with the shower.
