Perched on one of the highest points in Careyes on Mexico’s Pacific Coast, Las Quimeras boasts sweeping views of the coastline and the Sierra Madre mountains. The sprawling estate set in acres of tropical gardens, is designed for maximum privacy. A resort style pool is the focus of the property with daybeds, ample chaises and a charming pool bar. The spacious living and dining area beneath a huge palapa has ocean views and interiors that are both refined and comfortable. Adjoining the open palapa is a large air conditioned family and TV room.

The 6 bedrooms include a master suite in its own secluded bungalow with furnished ocean view terrace and splash pool. Inside there is an ocean view bedroom with deluxe ocean view bath, an office and its own TV room. In a separate bungalow at the other end of the property are two deluxe guest suites with seating areas, ocean view bathrooms and ocean view terraces surrounded by flowering plants. In the bedroom tower the top floors are a dramatic duplex bedroom with the bedroom upstairs and a living area below. A huge window double height window faces the ocean. On the floor below is a bedroom with both ocean view and mountain view terraces. On the ground floor of the tower is a “kids bedroom” with three sets of bunkbeds and a play area. There is also accommodation for a nanny.The villa is fully staffed with a highly experienced staff of butler, cook, maids, laundress and gardeners.
