Muy bonita casa, muy grande. No pongo 5 estrellas porque hay que checar detalles de limpieza, en el cuarto principal el aire acondicionado es muy pequeño y no enfría lo suficiente para el área. Pero en general está muy bien la casa

Great stay, great host, great location, great town! Casa Leon exceeded my expectations, located right on the beach, and your own personal pool for privacy. Kitchen had supplies, ideal for cooking if needed, but walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, wine bar, and bars. Felt safe all throughout the trip, walked many nights, ran on the beach, and close walk to a large grocery store for all your needs. Many friendly ex Pat's and Canadians call this town home, to help you the traveler feel at home. Mix it up, experience something different from the standard resort where you many be tied to just that location. Visit the small town charm of Puerto Morelos, getting a more authentic Mexican experience, and if needed, Puerto lies in between both Cancun and Playa del Carmen for a change of pace if needed.

Fantastic location, can not be beat! The snorkeling was great, right out the back door are reefs and great sea life. The beach is a popular spot but felt very safe. Just don't leave anything unattended due to travelling sales folks. The massage place next door was great, about $35 usd for an hour. Lots of restaurants nearby and surrounding the town square. We didn't find any we fell in love with though. Covid testing for return flight is at the beach club a few doors south. The accommodations were also wonderful. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the AC worked great. So nice to be able to pull right in to covered parking at the front. The kids loved the pool and spent more time there than on the beach. Each room had an attached bathroom which made it perfect for our family. The cement walls mean that wifi doesn't reach very far, but in the "living room" the wifi is very fast (about 180mb/s). The biggest drawback were the bugs. Because this has an open courtyard, each room opens to the outside. The hallways are mostly covered and protected from rain. Many of our party ended up with multiple bug bites. Those who were on the ground floor seemed to get them worse. If we had it to do over though, we would just because of how unique and quaint this place was.
