★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked in advance and they canceled our booking the night before we were meant to stay there, they gave no explanation whatsoever. We tried contacting them requiring them some kind of justification but rudely never heard back. Mind yourself that it was high season so this meant we were completely stranded with no place to go, literally there was nothing available in Zicatela and Puerto Escondido. I so regret booking here, there are a bunch of nice places around with better costumer service!
