Great service. After getting our groceries I tried to hail a cab just outside the store and a very nice man working there stopped and did the job for me. He then helped us load the groceries into the cab (yes, I did tip him).

Has a good selection for most items you want. Older store but fruit and vegetables looked fresh. Basic meat department with some prepped food. Bakery was decent along with deli, cheese, etc. Has upstairs but did not go up to see what they had. Prices seemed reasonable.

Never had any problems here but I've been warned that they are pick pocketing here with mustard. Be careful hide your valuables.

It's a solid little grocery store with decent produce and most things that you'll need. Meat you will probably want to get somewhere else

No frills local supermarket. Batteries, sunscreen and other stuff is upstairs. Opened till midnight. Has creepy vibes, but is very authentic. Sells bomb in-store made cookies. What else do you want? ?

This place has a little of everything, from food to laundry and cleaning and pet food. I found what I needed in a minimal amount of time. The deli makes a decent ceviche too. They take Visa and MC. Banamex atm is inside. Has a small pharmacy. The shampoo and hygiene supplies are upstairs.

Great little grocery store to get your basics. Produce is really good. Only downside is they don't stock tequila well - they are usually out of stock. Location is great - there is fresh seafood market and bbq chicken place across the street. There may be a bakery nearby but did not find one. Good produce is our benchmark for a good grocery store and that is why Casa Ley gets 5 stars!!

I shop here when I don't feel like taking the bus to walmart and Im out of my favorite coffee, Cafe Marino con azucar. (I can't taste the sugar so I'm not breaking my self imposed no sugar rule!) Ley has a nice selection of cheeses and deli items. The produce department looks decent. I'm usually able to find just about everything I need. There's two levels. Downstairs is all the food, cleaning supplies. Upstairs you'll find clothes, home goods, shampoos, skin care, toiletries, etc. Start upstairs so you don't have to lug your basket, although I've left mine at the bottom of the stairs many times. The banos are up stairs, on the exit side, above the Farmicia. Now...I do a lot of walking around here and I walk from my place, which is about a mile. I also hydrate a lot. So, by the time I get there, sometimes I need to pee. I learned very early on to always carry some kind of wipe wherever I go (NO FLUSH!) because they have none. Every now and then there might be a paper towel in the bathroom, its not the norm. People are friendly and i never have trouble finding a helpful employee, even with my limited spanish. Located in centro, so, super convenient for just about anywhere. Go explore!
