★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizamos una reservación mediante la plataforma booking y llegando al establecimiento la persona me comentó que ellos no trabajaban con dicha aplicación, así que nos negaron la habitación aún ya hecho el pago.
Pésimo servicio si no trabajan con la aplicación por qué aparece ahí.
We made a reservation through the booking platform and arriving at the establishment the person told me that they did not work with said application, so they denied us the room even after payment had been made.
Terrible service if they don't work with the application why does it appear there.
