★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: llego con mi perrita porque se le abrió la pata, estaba sangrando, la doctora estaba en el lugar, una hora y media antes de cerrar.
No me pueden recibir y me dicen que como ya no me la van a recibir que si vaya a un hospital. Va, no puede por equis razón, se entiende. Pregunto a la chica del mostrador a dónde podría llevarla, porque la doctora nunca salió y la respuesta fue:
La verdad no te podría decir, pero, si hay que llevarla a un hospital.
No se si es un política de "cuidarse" de la competencia. Pero por qué chingados no me van a dar una opción para llevarla?
No les pongo una estrella porque a veces lo hacen bien. Pero a veces lo hacen mal como hoy.
 Update: I arrived with my dog because her leg was cut open, she was bleeding, the doctor was there, an hour and a half before closing.
They cannot receive me and they tell me that since they are no longer going to receive me, I should go to a hospital. Well, you can't for whatever reason, that's understood. I ask the girl at the counter where I could take her, because the doctor never came out and the answer was:
I couldn't tell you the truth, but if you have to take her to a hospital.
I don't know if it's a policy of "taking care" of the competition. But why the hell aren't they going to give me an option to wear it?
I don't give them one star because sometimes they do it well. But sometimes they do it wrong like today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy esa calificación porque su servicio médico deja mucho que desear, vaya, es nulo. Hoy llamé antes de ir, para saber si estaría la Dra. Vanessa y me dijeron que sí, hasta me dieron el horario en qué ella atendería, me desplacé de inmediato (vivo cerca) y al llegar me dijeron que la Dra. Se acababa de ir (11:20am) y le dije a la recepcionista que por favor le llamara a la Dra y que le dijera que yo estaba ahí y que me habían dicho que ella sí estaría, la recepcionista amablemente se comunicó con ella y su respuesta (de la Dra) fue: "La verdad no sé a qué hora regrese"...y después otra señorita del mismo personal de ahí, me dijo: "no está la doctora, pero vaya a la sucursal de Azcapotzalco, ahí si hay médicos, ahí siempre hay médicos"...jajaja. En fin, obviamente ya no fui a la otra sucursal, acudí con un veterinario que aunque me queda mucho más lejos siempre está en su trabajo y es súper ético y profesional.
I give it that rating because its medical service leaves a lot to be desired, well, it's zero. Today I called before going, to find out if Dr. Vanessa would be there and they told me yes, they even gave me the time she would attend, I went immediately (I live nearby) and when I arrived they told me that Dr. go (11:20 am) and I told the receptionist to please call the Dr and tell her that I was there and that they had told me that she would be there, the receptionist kindly contacted her and her response (of Dr) was: "I really don't know what time I'll be back"... and then another lady from the same staff there told me: "the doctor isn't here, but go to the Azcapotzalco branch, there are doctors there, There are always doctors there"...hahaha. Anyway, obviously I no longer went to the other branch, I went with a veterinarian who, although it is much further away, is always at work and is super ethical and professional.
