" A hidden gem"
Love that place since my first time that I've stay there.
That's is the only place that I stay NOW when I go and visit Guanajuato.
They are opening a New restaurant that will be Open to the public soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very modern and well appointed. Cool design and a unique layout.
The instructions to get the keys was a little complicated but if you follow the clear instructions it's not a problem.
Location is just a short walk from all the sights.
I only rated 3 stars because of the lack of maintenance on our room Eclipse.
Damage to the walls, missing lamp shades, plug in the bathtub didn't open, handle on patio door was falling off and a few other things. The price is reasonable but the broken details were disappointing. With better maintenance this place would be amazing!

Receptionist was nice and helpful.
Cons:
We had a room on the ground floor and it had barely any windows. So even during the day you need to turn on all lights, which were also very sparsely installed and it still was dark.
Walls are very thin so you will hear anyone entering or leaving the building, as the main gate and main door have no door stoppers and they will smash back while closing.
One of our towels was partly ripped apart and it should be given to paying guests anymore.
Fazit:
Maybe the upper rooms are excellent, but the ground floor rooms are definitely not.
