En mi caso, fueron a instalar los muebles, quedaron unos pendientes, pasa el tiempo y no le dan seguimiento, es realmente desgastante tener que estar atrás de ellos para que hagan cosas que les corresponden. Tuve que ir personalmente para que me dieran fecha en la que van a instalar lo que falta y solamente me dijeron lo que quería escuchar para luego darme cuenta de que era mentira, no contestan, pido hablar con el gerente y lo esconden diciendo que tiene llamada, es increíble lo desgastante que es tratar con éstas personas. Cero recomiendo éste lugar. Super nice furniture, the same quality but they have to improve a lot in the customer service area. In my case, they went to install the furniture, there were some pending, time passes and they do not follow up on it, it is really exhausting having to be behind them to do things that correspond to them. I had to go personally so that they would give me the date on which they are going to install what is missing and they only told me what I wanted to hear and then I realized that it was a lie, they did not answer, I ask to speak to the manager and they hide it saying that they have a call It's amazing how exhausting it is to deal with these people. Zero recommend this place.
