★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renté a inicios de año y aunque tienen vestidos lindos, no fue buena experiencia. Primero aún no siendo el evento, me llaman para informarme que ya pasó la la fecha de entrega y que tengo que pagar multa, cuando les informo que verifiquen la fecha acordada de entrega me dicen: "¡ay perdón! No leímos bien) y lo peor es que el vestido me lo entregaron con todo el fondo arrugadísimo y bastante notorio al momento de ponerme el vestido. Tuve que buscar a pocas horas del evento quién me lo planchara y cuando les aviso, me dicen lo lleve (viviendo yo hasta Coyoacán y demasiado complicado por los tiempos), me informan que entonces me descontarán lo que gasté, al final entrego el vestido y me dan un vale de descuento para la próxima renta ??.

The worst thing is that the dress was delivered to me with all the wrinkled bottom and quite noticeable when I put on the dress. I had to look for a few hours after the event who would iron it for me and when I notify them, they tell me to take it (I lived to Coyoacán and too complicated for the times), they inform me that then they will deduct what I spent, in the end I give the dress and they give me a discount voucher for the next rental ??.

Compre un vestido hace unas semanas y me llego un vestido dañado y con imperfecciones; me lo vendieron cómo nuevo; y no se hacen responsables de ello. TOME LA MALA DECISIÓN DE OMITIR TODOS LOS MALOS COMENTARIOS, pero por favor hazte un favor y no rentes ni compres acá. Estos lugares con este tipo de groserías deberían de ser cerrados, procederé a denunciar en la PROFECO.

I bought a dress a few weeks ago and I received a damaged dress with imperfections; they sold it to me as new; and they are not responsible for it. I MADE THE BAD DECISION TO SKIP ALL THE BAD REVIEWS, but please do yourself a favor and don't rent or buy here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA. Tienen vestidos lindos, pero su servicio y atención al cliente deja mucho que desear. CERO PROFESIONALISMO, me hicieron cargos extras por cosas injustificadas, me entregaron el vestido en un gancho, mismo que entregué y al momento de regresar el vestido en el MISMO gancho que me dieron me dijeron que ese no era de ellos y me hicieron un cargo adicional por una supuesta "pérdida". Mi hermana tuvo una situación similar en donde le hicieron un cargo de $700 sin justificación alguna. Es una lástima que por el mal servicio y la falta de ética de sus trabajadoras no sea una buena opción para rentar.
BAD EXPERIENCE. They have cute dresses, but their service and customer care leaves a lot to be desired. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM, they made me extra charges for unjustified things, they gave me the dress on a hook, which I delivered and when I returned the dress on the SAME hook they gave me they told me that it was not theirs and they made me an additional charge for an alleged "loss". My sister had a similar situation where she was charged $ 700 without justification. It is a pity that due to the poor service and the lack of ethics of its workers it is not a good option to rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único bueno es que tienen vestidos lindos, sin embargo la mayoría si no es que TODOS, están rotos, maltratados, sucios o machados. Si no viven cerca del lugar, no pierdan su tiempo. Debido a sus redes sociales tenía grandes expectativas y efectivamente como dice en los demás comentarios, el servicio al cliente es PÉSIMO.
The only good thing is that they have nice dresses, however most if not ALL of them are torn, battered, dirty or stained. If you don't live near the place, don't waste your time. Due to their social networks, I had high expectations and indeed, as you say in the other comments, the customer service is AWFUL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía una buena expectativa del lugar, pero me decepcionaron mucho, sus vestidos ya se ven bastante maltratados y con detalles, la chica que atiende, no trata igual a todos los clientes, (a algunos ni les hace caso) de todo te quieren hacer cargo extra, si quieres pagar con tarjeta cargo, si quieres mandarlo por paquetería cargo, si te hacen ajustes cargo, si quieres cambiar cargo. Por último el lugar es muy pequeño y no tiene estacionamiento, así que es difícil acceder

No hay un seguimiento o atención formal, sus políticas son poco claras y los vestidos ya están maltratados y feitos, solo algunos rescatables.
