I went to try the famous Bote (soup that’s very local, made with 3 meats, veggies and purque) but I think that’s just ok. The beans that they serve complimentary also is kind of flavorless. 4 stars overall. Worth give a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing experience here at Casa Magna. The staff is very friendly as well as very attentive to their customers. Not to mention the restaurant is absolutely breathtaking. All staff is cleaning properly as well as wearing a mask. This is truly one of the most beautiful places I have visited in Mazamitla with such delicious food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great experience. The waiters were very attentive and offered really quick service. The food was delicious and authentic. The chicken with mole was great and just a tad spicy. The BBQ ribs were good if a bit sweet. My favorite was the guacamole with grasshoppers, they added a bit of texture and a spicy kick that was appreciated. I would definitely come back here.
