El interior de la privada es pequeño, pero entras sin problema. Me gusta que sin pocas casas, todas uniformes en las fachadas, las personas de las casas ya habitadas muy amables. Se respira ambiente de respeto y cordialidad.
La casa está bonita, con amplios ventanales que proporcionan luz natural a la casa. La cocina muy amplia y con barra desayunador, a quien no le guste abierta, como se estila actualmente en la mayoría de las casas, por el espacio y dispocisión pueden cerrarla, y aún así les quedará un buen espacio para sala y comedor, tiene vista al jardín trasero Tiene 1/2 baño para visitas. Las escaleras tienen buen diseño y debajo de ellas puedes colocar un área jardinada linda no natural o un clóset para visitas o bodega. Área de lavado en la parte trasera.
En la planta alta, hay un espacio amplio para el room famili, el barandal de las escaleras es de vidrio, se ve bien.
3 Recámaras, la principal con baño y vestidor; las otras 2 recámaras sólo con clóset, éstos están muy amplios y con muchos compartimientos para el guardado y un baño completo.
Hay varios calles rápidas para salir a Blvd. Las Torres y también a Metepec. La calle se ve tranquila.
