Me ha enseñado a comunicarme desde el sentir y sobretodo a aprender a escuchar, escuchar de verdad. Siempre estaré agradecido con todos los seres que hacen posible este proyecto, las clases de Qi Gong con Facu los jueves también son formidables. Muchas bendiciones siempre a casa manantial y que sigan ayudado a muchas más almas en su proceso. They offer a wide variety of classes to suit your needs from yoga to sound healing to gender talk groups to medicine healing retreats. I've done the sound healing and it was quite pleasant. They walk you through some breathing exercises then some excellent musicians come and play really interesting instruments. I never knew gongs could be so soothing and melodic. Looking forward to more classes.
