★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos canceló la reservación cuando llegamos justificando que no tenían lugar y justo llegaron otros viajeros para tomar reserva!!! Siendo temporada alta no nos dejaron ni quedarnos en el área de espera para buscar otro hospedaje!!! La dueña, Vanessa, mando voicenote mandando órdenes de que nos retiraramos del área!!! No tiene preparado a su equipo para atender reservas por internet. Se puede tener mismo hospedaje por mejor precio. Pésima atención!!! Pésima capacitación!!!
 We canceled the reservation when we arrived justifying that they had no place and other travelers just arrived to take a reservation !!! Being high season they did not let us stay in the waiting area to find another lodging !!! The owner, Vanessa, sent voicenote sending orders that we withdraw from the area! You do not have your team prepared to attend reservations online. You can have the same lodging at a better price. Bad attention! Bad training !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy conveniente ya que está en la plaza principal de Bacalar a unos metros de la Laguna.
Buenos y deluciosos desayunos, café comida, muy buen servicio agradable estancia.
Tienen pocas habitaciones con tres camas matrimoniales cafa habitación. Estilo rústico pero muy limpio.
Cuenta con cocineta refrigerador, estufa, lavadero de trastes.
Por si prefieten llevar su comida y preparar sus alimentos en fprma sencilla y personal, pueden hacer uso de los utensilios.
Very convenient since it is in the main square of Bacalar a few meters from the Laguna.
Good and tasty breakfasts, coffee food, very good service pleasant stay.
They have few rooms with three double beds. Rustic style but very clean.
It has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher.
In case you prefer to take your food and prepare your food in simple and personal way, you can make use of the utensils.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuenta con excelente ubicación! Se comparten áreas como baño, cocina y sala, por si lo que buscas es privacidad, este NO es tu lugar.
Afuera en la misma propiedad,hay un restaurante muy lindo, buenos desayunos!
It has excellent location! Areas such as bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared, in case you are looking for privacy, this is NOT your place.
Outside on the same property, there is a very nice restaurant, good breakfasts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo ese lugar precioso, muy bien situado y decorado con un ojo al detalle.
Neva nos recibió con mucha hospitalidad y nos ayudó con todas las preguntas que tuvimos sobre el lugar.
Tiene un equipazo de chicas de limpieza que no sólo cuidan muy bien el lugar pero también son muy amables y útiles.
Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y acogedores, tienen mosquiteras y ventiladores. El salón es muy bonito y tiene sofás y un intercambio de libros. La cocina es muy bien equipada con liquadora, máquina de café, frigorífico y congelador.
El lugar más bonito para mi fue el jardín, ahí hay hamacas, columpios y muchísimo espacio para hacer yoga.

I recommend that beautiful place, very well located and decorated with an eye to detail.
Neva welcomed us with great hospitality and helped us with all the questions we had about the place.
He has a great team of cleaning girls who not only look after the place very well but are also very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very nice and cozy, they have mosquito nets and fans. The living room is very nice and has sofas and an exchange of books. The kitchen is very well equipped with liquidator, coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer.
The most beautiful place for me was the garden, there are hammocks, swings and lots of space for yoga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hostal es muy bueno. Cabe mencionar que es rustico la laguna esta a unos pasos con una palapa hermosa y cómoda, esta cuenta con hamacas, sillas y un pequeño malecon. Incluyen desayuno muy rico. El personal es super amble. Solo hay que mejorar algunos aspectos de mantenimiento. Los baños son compartidos las duchas muy cómodas y privadas.
The hostel is very good. It is worth mentioning that the lagoon is rustic a few steps away with a beautiful and comfortable palapa, this has hammocks, chairs and a small boot. They include very rich breakfast. The staff is super amble. You just have to improve some aspects of maintenance. The bathrooms are shared very comfortable and private showers.

Neva nos recibió y nos ayudó en todo, muchísimas gracias.
Al lugar no le falta absolutamente de nada, las camas son grandes y confortables, al igual que las habitaciones, tiene un salón Ito con sogas muy chulo y una cocina muy bien equipada.
Enhorabuena por la decoración, es genial, y enhorabuena también a las chicas de limpieza y el bar, super amables en todo momento. El hostel está súper limpio.
A parte tiene un jardín en la parte trasera precioso con hamacas, mesas etc.
Excelente calidad precio, totalmente recomendable. Un abrazo a todosy éxitos para el crecimiento en el futuro.
