★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen suficiente gente. La misma persona que atiende las cajas, atiende también el área de copiado y muchas veces no saben ni como mandar las impresiones. Se tardan demasiado en atender. En las cajas lo mismo, hay que esperar un buen para que alguien se digne y acerque a cobrar.
They never have enough people. The same person who attends the boxes also attends the copying area and many times they don't even know how to send the prints. They take too long to respond. In the boxes the same thing, you have to wait a long time for someone to deign and come to collect.

Al menos yo una pluma me sale la..más barata a $5.50 pza en la pape de la esquina y aquí compré 12 pzas por $19.20
Good price, great variety to stock your supplies and craft materials... but above all, an excellent price for members (if you have stationery or something similar).
At least for me, a pen is the cheapest... at $5.50 a piece in the paper on the corner and here I bought 12 pcs for $19.20

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. preguntas por un artículo vía WhatsApp y tardan años en responder, no te dan la información bien. Vas y te dan otro costo. Al momento de facturar su página no te deja hacerlo y lo solicitas en tienda y vía WhatsApp y no responden, dejan en visto. Si hablas por teléfono para que te resuelvan te dejan hablando sola (sin importar que hables bien con ellos).
Personal nefasto el que tienen ahí. Si pueden mejor vayan a otra tienda tipo office depot u office max. No pierdan su tiempo ahí.
Terrible service. questions about an article via WhatsApp and they take ages to answer, they don't give you the information well. You go and they give you another cost. At the time of invoicing their page, it does not let you do it and you request it in the store and via WhatsApp and they do not respond, they leave it on seen. If you talk on the phone to be resolved, they leave you talking alone (regardless of whether you speak well with them).
Terrible staff they have there. If you can better go to another store type office depot or office max. Don't waste your time there.
